For this tutorial I’m using MySQL Server 5.5.15 CE installed in the same PC where MySQL Workbench is running. The Migration Wizard supports MySQL versions from 5.0 onwards so make sure you have a supported version. A running MySQL Server instance with proper user access.Keep in mind that the Migration Wizard officially supports SQL Server 2000 and newer so older SQL Server versions might not work.
